Steven Smith - Managing Member

Having lived here all my life, Oklahoma is a very special place to me. I graduated from Prague High School and earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Both of my parents were school teachers and helped instill a strong work ethic in me and my older brother, which I am so thankful for to this day. I worked in the banking industry during and after college gaining valuable knowledge in regards to the financial side of business. In 2007 I married the love of my life and soon after had the opportunity to start working for her family’s concrete business. The experience I gained in the concrete industry, from mix designs, submittals, concrete finishing, and overall construction, as well as my time spent in banking have led me to where I am today with I.C.S. My role as managing member of I.C.S. is to oversee all aspects of the company and to ensure we are taking care of our customers, vendors, and employees with integrity and treating them with respect. My life outside of work is focused on my wife and three children who bring me great joy. My faith in Christ leads me personally and in my work dealings as I strive to bring Him glory in all I do.

Brent Roberts

I was born and raised in San Diego, California and attended Oklahoma Baptist University where I met my wife. We have three children together. My passions include serving the Lord, spending time with family, and being on the golf course. I have had interest in the construction industry from a young age. Currently, and for the past seven years I have been working in the ready mix business. I feel fortunate to be able to get to work alongside family in this current business venture.

Matt Methany

I was born and raised in Oklahoma and grew up around the construction industry in the Oklahoma City area watching my dad. I graduated from Oklahoma Christian School in Edmond, OK and attended Belmont University in Nashville, TN and Oklahoma State University for undergrad where I studied business administration. During the summers in college I worked on a concrete finishing crew which had lasting impressions on me on the values of hard work and honesty. I enjoy being a part of a family business with deep roots in the community that help grow the greater Oklahoma City metro area and see it thrive.

Robert Daugirda - Vice President of Construction

Married with 2 young children, Moved to Oklahoma in 2007 from southern California. Enjoy spending time outdoors, family activities and traveling. I am a highly motivated professional with over 25 years of construction management, dedication to teamwork and attention to detail has enhanced my strengths in leading teams through strategic planning and development. Connecting with clients, building sustainable and profitable partnerships, meeting client objectives with a proven track record. I know what it takes to "make it happen" on time and the willingness to do whatever it takes to make each project successful.
